  • Is there a setup fee?

    No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.

  • How long are your contracts?

    WetFire plans can be paid monthly or annually. It’s simple to get started and just as simple to cancel if you ever decide WetFire is not for you.

  • How can I be sure which plan is right for me?

    All of our plans were created with small business in mind. If you still have questions, please login to your back office and speak with our team via Live Chat. You can also contact us via oc.eriftew%40troppus and a member of our team will be happy to help you make the right choice.

  • If I upgrade, what happens next?

    After upgrading, you’ll become a member of our premium community. This means you will receive regular guidance by email about how to make your business grow online. You’ll see that all of the premium features under your plan will be unlocked, and we encourage you to activate them. In addition to the tools you can now use, you’ll also have access to 1-1 personalised advice from our team to enhance your website, improve your online visibility and help you grow your sales and bookings. Our Customer Success team will even provide on-demand optimizations to your account. Just login to your back office and speak with our team via Live Chat.

  • Can I switch plans?

    Absolutely! When upgrading or downgrading your website plan, you will receive either a prorated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan. (But WetFire does not issue refunds for cancelled plans)

  • How do I cancel?

    Cancelling is an easy process. It's done online right from your WetFire back office or just send us an email or reach via chat.

  • Can I use my own domain name?

    Yes. You can purchase a domain name within WetFire, or use an existing one that you own. We also provide a free mywetfire.com domain name to all websites on sign up.

  • What are your bandwidth fees?

    There are none. All WetFire plans include unlimited bandwidth for free.

  • Do I need a web host?

    WetFire includes secure, unlimited hosting on all plans.

  • Are there any transaction fees?

    Currently, WetFire as a brand does not charge any fees on transactions on your website. However, your preferred payment gateway provider might charge you.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    We don’t offer refunds, however, our 7 days free trials enable you to start working with a fully functional website before deciding if WetFire is for you or not. You can upgrade to a premium before the 7 days trial elaps!
